Confidentiality Is the Product, So the Data Practices Match
People bring things to this work they have not said out loud anywhere else. That standard applies to the website too, which collects almost nothing and sells nothing.
What this website collects
This site is a set of static pages with no accounts, no login, and no database. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising pixels, and runs no analytics or visitor-tracking scripts. Nothing you type into a page is stored on a server here.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs that include IP addresses, timestamps, and requested pages for security and reliability purposes. Those logs belong to that infrastructure layer rather than to any marketing system, and they are not used to build a profile of you.
Typography is served by Google Fonts, so loading a page requests font files from Google, which receives the request information any web server receives. If that matters to you, a content blocker will stop the request and the pages will still read correctly in a system font.
What happens when you contact NSight Works
The contact and request forms on this site do not submit to a server. They assemble a message and open it in your own email program, so you can see exactly what is being sent before you send it, and nothing reaches NSight Works until you press send yourself. Messages sent that way arrive in a standard business email account and are kept as long as the correspondence is useful.
The worksheets and readiness checks work the same way. You fill them in, and the results go nowhere until you choose to email them or print them. Nothing is saved in your browser and nothing is transmitted in the background.
Scheduling runs through Calendly, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy. When you book a conversation you give Calendly your name, email address, and whatever you write in the booking form, and that information comes to NSight Works so the session can happen.
What happens inside the work
Coaching, advisory, and group conversations are confidential. What a client says in a session stays in the session, and it is not repeated to an employer, a sponsor, a board, or another client. Where an organization pays for an engagement, the sponsor may receive attendance confirmation and themes at a level agreed with the client in advance, never a transcript and never attributed quotes.
Assessment results, including MBTI, the Strong Interest Inventory, Hogan instruments, and Insight Under Pressure, belong to the person who took them. Results are debriefed with that person directly, held securely, and never shared with an employer without written permission from the individual. Assessment publishers hold their own copies under their own privacy terms as part of administering the instruments.
Session notes exist so the work has continuity across months. They are kept in access-controlled business systems, are never sold or shared for marketing, and can be deleted at a client's request.
Confidentiality has two limits, both standard in this profession and both stated at the start of an engagement: a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, and a legal obligation such as a court order.
Group conversations
Members of the Private Room and participants in Team Intelligence Lab sessions agree to keep what they hear inside the room. That agreement is set explicitly before anyone speaks, because a confidential room only works if every person in it holds the same line.
Your choices
You can ask what information NSight Works holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, and the request will be handled within a reasonable period unless a legal obligation requires keeping something longer. Email goes to hello@nsight.works.
NSight Works does not sell personal information, does not share it with data brokers, and does not send unsolicited marketing email to people who have not asked to hear from her.
Children
This is a service for working executives, so the site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
Changes
If these practices change, the revised version will be posted here with a new date. Material changes that affect current clients will also be raised directly rather than left for you to discover.
